Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of soap products, we only replace items if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or if the wrong item is shipped by error.  For returning such items we need a picture of the wrong or damaged item. To return an item it must be new, unused, and unopened (as you received it). Contact us for a return authorization or shipping label within 7 days of delivery at 1001nightssoap@gmail.com.  

 

We want our customers to be happy. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product, please contact us and we will attempt to satisfy you.
